This is because you're on the project view.
In order to view users on left column, you have to switch by clicking on the double arrow, top left of the planning.
So in the sorting menu you'll see option to sort by team / user.

Can you try and let us know please ?

Si vous saisissez une durée dans la tâche, celle ci est reprise dans le flux ICAL.
Quel logiciel utilisez-vous pour votre agenda ?
