Can we have some documentation on the Rest API so we can see what it can do (Creation / Modification /...) and how to use it?

Hello
You can mostly do anything on soplanning data with the API.
You can check the API documentation by opening soplanning, and going to settings. You'll find a dedicated menu for API with documentation.
