ROI text details

In the language files the new text for the new ROI functions is set in "wrong" quotation marks. As aconsequence, all new phrases appear in... quotation marks:

This is most probably due to some code page mismatch/wrong characters in en.txt etc.

By the way, I think it should read:
Hourly cost of the user
Customize the hourly rate for this user

Thanks for reporting, it's due to bad characters as you mentionned.
You can download v1.52.01 again to fix it, or replace those characters by a simple "
