ROI text details

In the language files the new text for the new ROI functions is set in "wrong" quotation marks. As aconsequence, all new phrases appear in... quotation marks:
This is most probably due to some code page mismatch/wrong characters in en.txt etc.
By the way, I think it should read:
Hourly cost of the user
Customize the hourly rate for this user
