Holiday import seems to fail in 1.44

When choosing settings/public holidays/import by country and picking any .ics, a "Modification registered" message appears - but no entries.

It works now in your demo, but on my system (ubuntu 18.04.2) with latest files of 1.44 from today, I choose a country and it ends up this way:

it means one day off failed to be saved and blocked the rest of the process.
Difficult to tell you more without having the issue on our side.

Thank you for your quick answer.
I have just found out, that it works well with a new database.

The error must be caused by my productive database (updated from former releases).
So, a personal problem, not of public interest, you may delete my entry.
