1.45 upgrade from 1.44 create task error - don't retrieve project list

Hello Sirs,
I'm using the free version of the SW.
After upgrade from 1.44 to 1.45, all is good but when I tried creating a task the UI do not retrieve the Project list and generate an error when triing saving the task. I've tried creating a new project and using the new name but same behaviour.
Also when modifing an existing task the same problem with project list retrival is present.
I attach 2 pictures for your reference.

Please go to "statutes" management, and thick checkbox "selected by default", you should see your project.

Click in the header buttons "Parameters" / "statutes".
Click on each wanted status and tick the checkbox.

Dear Sirs,
sorry but I needed to wait few days for IT to instlla again 1.45.
The workaround DOES NOT solve the situation.
I cannot retreive already present tasks created with previous version. I have error when copying moving tasks, creation dialog shows the project list but rise error when saving the task.

it seems your soplanning was not updated sucessfully.
Please run update again. If still not working please run manually the update by doing the following :
get content of file /soplanning/sql/update/upate-1-45-00.txt
run those lines in your mysql database (with phpmyadmin or any other tool).
It should work.
