1.45.00 No project group list in plain installation

Projects > Groups list doesn't show any groups ("no record"):

There are 3 predefined groups. I have assigned the predefined projects to the groups and created some tasks. Status is also active. In the projects list, the groups appear as headlines, so they do exist.

However, in your demo it works, but not in my installation. What is missing?

Can you download soplanning again and overwrite files (except database.inc), just to be sure ?
